The Civil department was established in the year 2013 with the aim to produce Civil Engineering professionals with sound technical knowledge, desire for higher studies, research and above all, a sense of serving the society. The goal of the department is to produce high quality technical manpower needed by industry, R&D organizations  and academic institutions.

Department of Computer Science was established in the year 2006, with the objective of imparting quality education in the field of Computer science engineering. The department aims to be the Centre of Excellence in providing international standard education and consultation in the field of computer science and thus targets to produce globally competent and self disciplined computer engineers. 

The AI and ML Engineering was started in the year 2021 with the objectives to meet industry needs for Artificial Intelligence as well as Machine Learning experts now a days. The B.Tech. in AI & ML Engineering is an advanced degree program with the curriculum specifically designed to reflect the depth and breadth of Artificial Learning and Machine Learning. Expert members from Academia and Industry provide inputs in introducing specialized techniques/projects in the Workshops and Guest lectures to suit industry needs. 

The EEE department was established in the year 2006 with the goal to sharpen the skills of the students and grooming them to become a confident electrical engineer, ready to face the corporate world outside. The department offers four year Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) program (comprising of eight semesters) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

The Electronics Communication Engineering department was established in the year 2009 with the main aim to be more responsive and more responsible towards society, towards nature for an amiable existence. Ability to communicate all types of information from any place, any time is changing society from Information age to Intelligent age.

One of the founding departments of ITS Engineering College, the department of B Tech in Mechanical plays a leading role in evolving, developing and manufacturing of various processes, technology and equipment to serve for the betterment and comfort of society and mankind. The department imparts practical insights to the students through well equipped state-of-the-art laboratories, Industrial visits and value addition courses.

The B.Tech in Electronics Engineering (VLSI Design and Technology) is a 4-year undergraduate program that provides students with a strong foundation in the fundamentals of electronics engineering, with a specialization in VLSI design and technology. Graduates of the program will be prepared for careers in a variety of industries,  including semiconductors, consumer electronics, and communications.

The MBA department was established in the year 2009 with the main aim to sharpen the skills of the students and grooming them to become a confident business leader, ready to face the corporate world outside. Today the department of Business study has evolved and developed in to one of the top MBA course colleges in India. It is approved by AICTE, Ministry of HRD Govt. of India and is affiliated to Dr. A.P. J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow. The College offers MBA specialization in Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, International Business, and Operations.
