We are already in the 4th stage of Unlock; there are very high chances that all the school and colleges will be functional with 100% capacity very soon. So, as soon as the result will be announced, students about to complete their graduation would look for admission in PG courses. Management courses, such as MBA, are highly preferred by the students, who want to enter the corporate. Though, there are some specific academic skill set that one must have, but one should always focus on improving their personality characteristics, if they want to be known as a successful manager. These areas are-
1-Capacity of taking right decision at the right time
2-Having intellectual skills
3-Having leadership qualities
4-Knowing how to get things done by others
5-Proper planning of future activities
Above are the qualities that need to be cultivated among future managers so that they can perform all the assigned tasks in a required manner.
We, here at ITS, are conducting a regular Personality Development and Analytical Skill sessions for MBA students, through which the students learn how to analyze the situations, how to take decisions based on those situations and so on. They also improve their personality and communication skills during the sessions and after completing the two-year MBA Programme they become more confident. We also conduct foreign language classes along with regular classes on a weekly basis so that our MBA students become more preferable by the international organizations in the corporate world.
