Dr. Sunita Shukla, Professor & Head-SOMS
Dr. Sunita Shukla is currently working as Professor & Head - SOMS and Director – Admissions & Marketing at I.T.S Engineering College, Greater Noida, India. She has more than 25 years of experience in Industry, Research, Teaching, Training and Academic Administration. She has been a resource person and a trainer for MDPs at various national and international forums. Her research interests include self-awareness, emotional intelligence, personality and employee engagement. She has written five books and many research papers in the journals of national and international repute and received six best research paper awards at International Conferences.

Dr. Anju Bala, Associate Professor & Program Coordinator Dr. Anju Bala is currently working as Associate Professor in the School of Management Studies, ITS Engineering College, Greater Noida. She has qualified NET with JRF. She has a rich experience of teaching & administrative service of 10 Years. Her areas of expertise are Financial Accounting, Financial Management, Investment Analysis & Portfolio Management, Financial Derivatives, Business Research Methods and Management Accounting. She has completed her PhD from Amity University, Noida. She has published more than 12 research papers in peer review, UGC Care Listed and Scopus listed Journals. Recently, she has published a book “Financial Fundamentals-Beginner’s Handbook to Financial Management”. She has also presented various research papers in national and international seminars and conferences. She is a committed educator who is action-oriented and has a strong background in both research and teaching.

Dr. Deepak Sharma is currently working as an Associate Professor in School of Management Studies at ITS Engineering College, Greater Noida affiliated to AKTU, Lucknow. He is qualified management professional ( Ph.D, MBA, M.Sc, B.Ed ) with 16 years of valuable in depth and extensive experience in Academics, Research & Development and Administration. He is having more than five National and International Patent and Copyright on different topics. He is also associated as editorial board member in six International Journals. He has published more than 25 research papers in Scopus/Springer/UGC Care/International/National Journals. He has published 2 books. He has presented more than 12 research papers in International Conference. He has also attended more than 25 AICTE/IIM/UGC/IIT/IEEE/NITTTR sponsored FDP’s. He has also organized and participated in a number of national and international conferences, seminars. He completed two levels of Human values and Professional Ethics workshops organized by AKTU.
