Dr. Sunita Shukla
Dr. Sunita Shukla is currently working as Professor & Head - SOMS and Director – Admissions & Marketing at ITS Engineering College, Greater Noida, India. She has more than 24 years of experience in Industry, Research, Teaching, Training and Academic Administration. She has been a resource person and a trainer for MDPs at various national and international forums. Her research interests include self-awareness, emotional intelligence, personality and employee engagement. She has written five books and many research papers in the journals of national and international repute and received six best research paper awards at International Conferences.

Dr. Anju Bala,
NET with JRF Qualified passionate academician, is serving as an Associate Professor in the School of Management Studies, ITS Engineering College, Greater Noida. She has a rich experience of teaching & administrative service of 9 Years. Her areas of expertise are Financial Accounting, Financial Management, Investment Analysis & Portfolio Management, Financial Derivatives, Business Research Methods and Management Accounting. She has completed her PhD from Amity University, Noida. She has published more than 12 research papers in peer reviewed, UGC Care Listed and Scopus listed Journals. Recently, she has published a book “Financial Fundamentals-Beginner’s Handbook to Financial Management”. She has also presented various research papers in national and international seminars and conferences. She is a committed educator who is action-oriented and has a strong background in both research and teaching.

Her major achievements are in field of training and development, performance appraisal, leadership, advertising management etc.
